This activity was attended by company leaders, including the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and representatives from various work units and subsidiaries.
MWT Visit by BOC and BOD
During this visit, the PGNCOM team toured several strategic locations, including the Nongsa Data Center, PGNCOM's Regional Office in Batam, and the Singapore Representative Office owned by its subsidiary, PGAS International (PTI). The purpose of this working visit is to enhance employee motivation and strengthen collaboration between the head office and branch offices in Batam and Singapore.
Visiting the Nongsa Data Center was one of the activities conducted during the MWT. This visit is relevant to the business development planned regarding the optimization of PGNCOM's Data Center. The Nongsa Data Center is a data center in Batam, Indonesia, that offers international standard data storage infrastructure. Located in Nongsa Digital Park, this center supports the digital economy and serves as a technology hub integrated with Singapore and the Southeast Asian region.
MWT Visit by the Executive Directorate
As part of the series of working visit activities, on September 27, 2024, the Board of Directors, accompanied by several work units of PGNCOM, conducted a field visit to Pemping Island to observe PGNCOM's POP infrastructure and the FO route in the ROW, which serves as the backbone link between Jakarta and Singapore. This visit was part of fulfilling the obligations of the Annual Management Work Program, particularly concerning aspects of QHSSE, compliance, operations, and business development.
This Management Walkthrough activity is expected to enhance synergy between central and branch management and promote a stronger implementation of GCG throughout the company. PGNCOM is committed to continuously strengthening its governance and operational processes to achieve the company's vision for a better future.
