Read MoreTangerang, June 20, 2025 – In commemoration of World Environment Day, PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN) organized a Coastal Cleanup activity at Pasir Putih Beach, Tangerang. This event is part of the company’s concrete efforts to support environmental preservation, particularly in coastal areas that are vulnerable to marine waste pollution.
The event was attended by Jimmy Permadi (Group Head of HSSE PGN), Posma L. Sirait (Group Head of OMN PGN), Drs. Sayid Muhadar, M.Si (Ministry of Environment and Forestry), Fachrul Rozi, S.Sos., M.Si (Environmental Agency of Tangerang Regency), Lettu Syaffrudin (Indonesian Navy), Supriadi (Beach Manager), as well as student representatives from the Student Executive Board of Atma Jaya University.
PGNCOM Group also took part in the event, represented by teams from HSSE, Corporate Communication, Regional Office Jakarta, PTI, and GASNET. The team actively participated in the entire event—from cleaning the beach and coordinating the event implementation to documenting inspiring moments throughout the day.
PGNCOM’s presence reflects the company’s commitment to promoting sustainable practices that involve both internal stakeholders and the wider community. Beyond simply attending the event, PGNCOM played a key role in delivering educational messages and raising awareness about the importance of consistently protecting marine ecosystems.
