Both parties have officially signed a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) on December 14, 2021, which contains about providing global internet and connectivity services together in accordance with the respective licenses, including marketing activities for shared services to customers.
Weave itself is in the process of completing the construction of a fiber optic network on a reliable rail line with domestic and international accessibility.
Meanwhile, PGNCOM itself has built a fiber optic network that traverses PGN's gas pipeline infrastructure, which is spread over 18 points of the network operating area to Singapore.
Through this collaboration, it is hoped that Weave and PGNCOM can provide stable service quality and continuity of telecommunication network operations with a better Service Level Agreement for all customers.
